Founded in 1982, PAWS is an all-volunteer, 501c3 non-profit animal welfare organization that rescues, fosters and facilitates cat and kitten adoptions and provides animal welfare programs in the greater Wakefield area.
Our mission is to promote and protect the rights and well-being of all domestic animals and wildlife and foster a greater understanding of animal welfare and animal rights through education.

Pet portraits to benefit PAWS
Looking to get a head start on holiday gift giving? PAWS Wakefield is partnering with local artist Linda Jung, who creates beautiful pet portraits, on a special promotion.
For every piece of digital art referred by PAWS, Jung will donate a portion of the proceeds to PAWS Wakefield.​ DETAILS

Have any pet supplies you don’t need? If so, please consider donating them to PAWS. The Beebe Memorial Library, 345 Main St., Wakefield, has set up a donation box just inside its Avon St. entrance. MORE INFO
